inadequate air conditioningthin walls
i found the air conditioning inadequate it didn't seem to cool the room properly even when set to the lowest temperature i also noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom the shower head was loose and the grout could use a refresh it impacted the overall impression i got the walls seemed thin i could hear conversations from adjacent rooms and noise from the hallway it was disruptive especially at night

The hotel is located on a quiet street, only a short walk from the rail station. I found the staff to be very helpful. They were smartly dressed. My double room had a balcony, and it included a large, full bathroom. The room was spotlessly clean throughout the entire stay.
The air conditioning wasn't working at optimal efficiency.

My room had a fridge and a safe. That was very convenient. The double bed was comfortable. THE pillows were good. The terrace had a table and chairs. I appreciated the availability of clean towels every day.

The entire staff seemed nice. Everyone at the reception was professional. The staff was always helpful, and nothing was too much trouble when asked. The cleaning staff were friendly and efficient. Staff were smart in appearance.

the location was amazing, near to everything i needed. the staff was very helpful and always accommodating . the hotel provided a fridge in the room and a useful stand to place my suitcase.
The room had little natural light. There was only a small high window.
